The Okanagan Singer-Songwriter Competition begins in March 2019!  Please use the pre-registration form below contact Jennifer Boal for registration forms

Okanagan Singer-Songwriter Competition
For the past six years, the Lake Country Open Mic has always provided an opportunity for musicians to perform in a welcoming environment.  Every style of music has been touched upon during the Open Mic nights.  Musicians cover popular songs, as well as original creations.  The Okanagan Singer-Songwriter contest (formerly known as the Lake Country Open Mic Has Talent!) was designed to spotlight an original singer-songwriter and to give them an opportunity to record their original song, as well as perform at venues and events throughout the Okanagan.

Last year, the competition rose to the next level by collaborating with the LegionHQ - a group with one purpose:  to promote the growth of musical creation and industry in the Okanagan.  This partnership has helped to swell our prize collection and put us in the position to help not only one winner, but many!
We hope you will join us for our 7th competition year!
